Physical touch is by no means necessary to benefit from energy healing, be it Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan or some other energy healing modality. Remote energy healing sessions work just as well as in-person sessions.

In fact, I have a soft spot for distance healing. There is something that feels particularly magical about being able to positively affect someone that is physically located miles away.

It serves as powerful experiential evidence that we are already connected to each other in the quantum. It is a way to recognize that there is more to reality than what the eye can see .And experience instantaneous connection through consciousness.
